Community HüBs
Tapestry’s Community HüBs are welcoming neighbourhood spaces designed to bring people, services and opportunities together in one place. They provide accessible local centres where residents can connect with others, access support and take part in activities that improve health, wellbeing and quality of life. By creating friendly and inclusive environments, the HüBs help strengthen community connections and ensure that support is easy to find when it is needed.
Each HüB offers a range of services and activities designed to support local needs. These can include community cafés, affordable food initiatives, advice and guidance services, wellbeing activities, social groups and volunteering opportunities. By bringing these services together in one place, the HüBs create simple and welcoming gateways to support while encouraging people to build friendships, develop confidence and become more involved in their community.
Our Community HüBs are also an important part of the Living Well Community Wellness and Empowerment Service, delivering preventative support that helps residents stay healthy, independent and connected to their communities. Working in partnership with local organisations and volunteers, the HüBs play a vital role in strengthening neighbourhoods and creating places where people feel supported, valued and able to thrive.
