About the Role:

As our Hub Manager, you will:

Tapestry Care Deputy Hub Manager Wanted! 🌟

The Role

As our Deputy Hub Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our centre. You’ll work closely with the Day Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

✅ Leading and motivating a dedicated team of staff and volunteers
✅ Ensuring high-quality care and activities for our clients
✅ Managing day-to-day operations, including staffing and administration
✅ Building strong relationships with clients, families, and the local community
✅ Supporting with compliance, safeguarding, and health & safety standards

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience in a similar role within a care, community, or health & social care setting
✔ Strong leadership and organisational skills
✔ A compassionate and positive approach to working with vulnerable individuals
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✔ A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)

Tapestry Care Deputy HuB Manager

Care Assessor

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care and ensuring individuals receive the support they need? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a caring nature? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Care Assessor!

About Us

Our Hubs are a vibrant, welcoming space where individuals receive outstanding care, enjoy engaging activities, and feel part of a supportive community. We’re dedicated to enhancing the well-being of every client we support, and we need a compassionate and skilled Care Assessor to help us achieve this.

The Role

As a Care Assessor, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring their needs are fully understood and that they receive the right support. You’ll play a vital role in shaping personalised care plans and ensuring every client experiences the highest standard of care.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

 Conducting assessments for new clients to determine their needs and preferences

 Developing and updating person-centred care plans

 Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders

 Ensuring all assessments and care plans comply with regulations and best practices

 Supporting a smooth transition for new clients into the day centre

What We’re Looking For

 Experience in a care assessment, care coordination, or similar role

 Strong knowledge of person-centred care planning

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 A compassionate and professional approach

 A relevant Health & Social Care qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
