We look at the services we offer, our clients, their carers and extended support system as single strands of thread and when you weave them together they create a complete Tapestry of care.
Tapestry is an innovative charity and ‘not for profit’ social business working to provide appropriate, personalised and affordable care and support for adults and older people in the local community. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthy and connected life regardless of age or ability and our services reflect this vision.
Tapestry’s primary focus is the delivery of preventative care and support to our customers in their homes and in our community hub’s. We pride ourselves at keeping the people we care for at the heart of everything we do and creating a personalised service that enables them to keep their independence and live a healthy and connected life.
