We are looking for a passionate and community-focused Community Wellness and Empowerment Manager to lead the coordination of our Community HuBs across Havering.
This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in creating welcoming, inclusive spaces that promote wellbeing, empowerment and connection for local residents. Working across multiple HuB locations, you will collaborate with partner organisations delivering vital services, support and motivate volunteers, and act as a visible ambassador for Tapestry within the community.

📍 Locations: Rainham, Harold Hill, Hornchurch & one additional location (tbc)
⏰ Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days)
💷 Salary: £15.49 per hour
📄 Contract: Fixed-Term
About the role
You will coordinate the day-to-day operation of tapestry’s community hubs, build strong partnerships with local organisations, ensure hubs operate safely and inclusively, and support the development of a new HuB as it comes on stream.
About you
You will have experience in community-based work, be confident working with partners and volunteers, and be passionate about community wellbeing and inclusion. Knowledge of Havering and the voluntary or community sector is an advantage.
