Our day care services are run at two community hubs in Havering (HOPWA House in Hornchurch & Paines Brook in Harold Hill) and have fully trained staff, state of the art equipment and innovative activity programmes to keep the people we care for happy, healthy, safe and connected to others.
Tapestry’s customers are always at the heart of everything we do and because every person is unique, we build a complete care package around their needs and listen to how they want to be cared for. The most important thing for us is that our customers feel in control and we make everyday life easier for them and others around them.
We feel we achieve this through employing the right staff, using a mixture of day’s out at the hub, care at home and working closely with everyone involved in the wellbeing of our customers.
£75 for a 5-hour session at our day centre (only)
£60 for a 4-hour session at our dementia support club
£11.00 for 3-course meal (lunch only)
Using our Transport service is an additional cost (£14.00 per trip and £28.00 including return)

Our hub’s are fully accessible and open to the whole community. They are a great place to meet new people, have a healthy nutritional meal and take part in fun activities. You can find out more about our sensory rooms, reminiscence areas, food services and special event’s in our Discover the Hub section.
For customers that are unable to make their own way to and from the hub we have an escorted transport service with specially adapted minibuses for comfort and safety.
Our team are available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday to help you.
Our new Broadway HüB will be inclusive, safe and welcoming and will offer a range of activities that benefit service users, carers. loved ones and statutory services. Our staff are trained to meet the needs of our users and our range of activity programmes keeps the people we care for happy, healthy, safe, and connected to others!
